Job Description
The IT System Administrator is a key role in NAN’s IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the procurement, administration, inventory control, deployment, troubleshooting, licensing, and updating of hardware and software assets. This role requires a candidate to be organized and understand prioritization in a rapid IT environment.

• Design, organize, modify, and support NAN’s computer systems, including operating systems, business applications, security tools (Using MS365 productivity cloud), and user hardware (laptops, PCs)
• Upgrade and manage hardware and software.
• Manage NAN’s IT office footprint which includes firewall, switches, Security System, and Wi-Fi.
• Manage Microsoft Intune that focuses on mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM)
• Manage NANS IT asset procurement and Hardware/Device deployment tasks.
• Manage NAN’s VOIP system.
• Secure system integrity from any breaches or viruses and play an essential role in risk-mitigation planning, including creating backup plans, safeguards for data, user security policies, and identity management.
• Develop and execute backup and recovery plan.
• Manage user accounts, credentials, permissions, access rights, storage allocations, and active directory administration.
• Quickly resolve any system failures and troubleshoots issues.
• Manage IT Support Helpdesk. Triage tasks and manage resolutions and follow-up.
• Document all IT System Administrator policies and procedures around job tasks.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and administrator responsibilities within the tool(s).
• Experience with INTUNE and global deployment best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational ability. Ability to multitask.
• Effective corporate communications skills and MUST be a team player.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
