Appraisal Success Manager

Summary:

Nationwide Appraisal Network is seeking an Appraisal Success Manager to join our team. Can you multitask and still provide the best customer service experience to our clients and appraisers? As an Appraisal Success Manager, you serve the Customer Service Team at NAN by:

  • Selecting and engaging appraisers for assignments in a specific territory
  • Conducting a high level of outbound calls to real estate appraisers to assist with scheduling and retrieving status updates on existing orders
  • Communicating status updates and to our national base of lender clients
  • Obtaining payment information from borrowers for appraisal requests
  • Handling inbound phone calls

Skills:

  • Excellent customer service experience required
  • Team player and eager to “jump-in”
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Prior Real Estate experience a plus

Summary:

Nationwide Appraisal Network, based in Oldsmar, FL, is currently seeking a Vendor Relations Manager.  This is a key vendor management position that will include managing our team of Vendor Relations Representatives.  This team is responsible for managing our existing 10k + Appraiser Panel while providing excellent customer service to our Appraiser partners.  Managing the appraisal panel will include ensuring appraiser profiles are accurate and up to date as well as supporting our customer service team to ensure proper Appraiser coverage throughout the country.

This Vendor Relations Manager will report directly to the Chief Appraiser.

Individual Responsibilities

  • Analyze reports to ensure pipeline management is happening across the department.
  • Analyze volume reports to ensure proper Appraiser coverage and proper rotation is in place.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with Vendor Relations team to ensure all team members are working towards the same goal and communication is in place.
  • Conduct 90 day and annual performance reviews for all Vendor Relations Representatives.
  • Monthly one on one meetings with individual Vendor Relations Representatives to go over training opportunities, identify strengths and review their individual stats.
  • Manage team leads and maintain oversight of individual projects
  • Manage and design processes to improve panel management and communication.
  • Vendor profile set up and maintenance within our portal.
  • Manage recruiting projects to secure new appraiser partners throughout the country
  • Work closely with accounting to ensure appraisers accounting requirements are satisfied for prompt payments.
  • Ensure that the longstanding corporate culture remains in place and thrives as NAN continues to grow by actively participating in regular meetings, training opportunities and team building activities.

Team Responsibilities

  • Manage team dashboard to ensure all work is getting addressed within certain time parameters & key performance indicators are met.
  • Execute on all tasks are completed as assigned to meet defined targets.
  • Manage the appraiser panel using processes and procedures in place
  • Working with accounting to ensure proper set up of appraiser address change, Tax ID, direct deposit info, etc
  • Ensure proactive communication on all files every day and milestone management for assigned pipeline.

Individual Responsibilities

· Build a call plan daily, and faithfully execute that plan to consistently meet productivity goals, measured daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
· Educate and develop target accounts to create sales-ready leads and opportunities to hand off to regional sales leaders.
· Research leads, locate contact information, build database of prospects, and develop strategies to target key accounts.
· Connect with prospects via phone, email, and through other social media touch points.
· Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists and contacts within a defined territory; research accounts, identify key players and generate interest through discovery calls and email campaigns.
· Generate sales-ready meetings and qualified leads for Regional Sales Managers (RSM) following NAN qualification criteria.
· Understand and uncover customer needs and business problems and effectively communicate how NAN can solve them.
· Maintain knowledge and awareness of NAN products and competitive advantages.

· Work closely with the Sr. Regional Sales Manager and sales & marketing team to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.
· Achieve targets consistently to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives.
· Ability to research leads, develop strategies to target key accounts.
· Document daily activities and coordinate with Sr. Regional Sales Manager and Salesforce.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Use and maintain the Salesforce system according to NAN standards; provide metrics on leads; maintain detailed account profiles and lead progress.
