This is to inform NAN, that I, Rich Orlando of Erie, PA have been appraising properties for approx. 23 years now. Lately been having issues with your app. site and trying to upload an appraisal to NAN. After going back and forth with NAN i finally got a response back from a " Chris McGuire" ! This guy was great, considerate and understanding what I had been going thru...Like there's not enough issues with Appraisals in the first place !! Again, this guy was more than helpful in expanding the due date and my other needs. If you think of removing him for any reason, think twice before so. Again, Chris was more than just some guy on the phone !!!! Thanks, Orlando Appraisal Services.......Taking over for my dad who started sometime in the 1970's appraising !!!! Just FYI, so we have been around alot of companies and firms.....
