I am a Certified Appraiser that is just getting started in NAN's panel of appraisers. Sunshine Hodge has been very helpful in getting me set up in the system. I cannot speak as to the ease of working with them or if the fees are comparable to market standards, but I will know that soon and I will leave another review regarding that. So far NAN seems to be efficient and helpful from an appraiser's perspective.
