What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be working with financial institutions that already know and use NAN (we’re approved as an AMC partner). Your job is to nurture existing relationships, introduce current clients to more of what we offer, educate warm leads from referral partners and grow our market share in the region. This role is all about business development, client retention, and showing off NAN’s value.

Where You’ll Work

This is a remote (work-from-home) position, but you must live in the Northeast Region: VA, MD, DC, WV, DE, NJ, PA, NY, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, or ME.  The advantages of your position include:

The “Day-to-Day” Plan

  • Build your daily game plan in Salesforce and crush your goals with current reporting keeping you on track by the day, week, month, and quarter.
  • Team up with your Regional Sales Manager to turn curious contacts into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Dig into warm leads, awaken sleepy clients and grow your opportunity list in Salesforce like a pro.
  • Slide into inboxes and light up phone lines—social media touchpoints welcome too!
  • Identify high-potential accounts, research them, find the VIPs, and start meaningful discussions.
  • Book meetings and tee up qualified leads for the Northeast Sales Manager.
  • Get to the heart of customer challenges and show them how NAN can add value.
  • Stay sharp on our products and what makes us better than the rest.
  • Keep Salesforce squeaky clean—log your moves, track your progress, and keep the data fresh.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Department to drive market share growth and engagement.
  • Travel a few times a year to industry conferences and company events to meet clients, network, learn, and maybe snag a cool tote bag (all expenses covered, of course!).

What You Bring to the Table

  • You’re a self-starter who gets stuff done and loves chasing results.
  • You’ve got 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience—bonus points if it is in finance!
  • Experience in appraisals, mortgage, or real estate finance? Even better!
  • You know your way around Salesforce, Office365, LinkedIn, and maybe even Appraisal Scope.
  • You can talk the talk and write it down clearly. Effective communication is your thing.
