Short Term Rental Survey

NAN is working to put together an elite panel of appraisers to take on appraisals that require short term rental information. We understand there is much uncertainty with regards to short term rentals, reliable data, and proper reporting methods. This survey is intended to gauge feedback from the appraiser community to develop a better understanding that will lead us to a solution that is both reliable for the lender to make good lending decisions and compliant and meaningful for the appraiser completing the assignment.
