NAN offers SMS text messaging services that allow you to choose to receive text messages on your mobile device concerning order assignment updates and order management.  Please see the text messaging terms and conditions below for full details, including possible fees associated with text messaging.

By opting in for text messaging services, you, the user, agree to the Terms and Conditions for NAN-AMC.com as well as our Privacy Policy. You also agree to the following terms as they pertain to the specific use of the text messaging service.

Usage

You acknowledge that text messages are distributed via third-party mobile network providers and, therefore, NAN cannot control certain factors relating to message delivery. You acknowledge that, depending on your mobile provider service, it may not be possible to transmit the text message to you successfully. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

NAN does not claim or guarantee availability or performance of this service, including liability for transmission delays or message failures.

Message type

Order Assignment Updates

You acknowledge that by signing up for order assignments and update text messages, you will receive notifications regarding the assignment of orders.  For these messages, the opt-in/out workflow is shown below

Opt-in/out of order assignment text messages

Opt-in:
Text “START” to 26071

Opt-out:
Text “STOP” from your mobile device to opt out of receiving messages.

Order Management

You acknowledge that by signing up for order management text messages, you will receive notifications regarding the status of orders, order reminders, and other key order milestones.

Opt-in/out of order management text messages

Managed through acceptance of SMS T&C’s upon signing into our shared order management SAAS software.

Service limitations

SMS text messaging is not available in all countries. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Messaging and data rates may apply. Messaging frequency varies.

Text message troubleshooting

If you are not receiving messages from NAN, please ensure that text messaging is not disabled on your phone.

Fees

NAN does not charge a fee for text messaging service. While we do not charge for this service, we are not responsible for any charges from a person’s service provider that may result from our providing this service. It is the user’s responsibility to check with their individual carrier, as messaging and data rates may apply. NAN assumes no responsibility for charges incurred by signing up for this text messaging service. Any text messaging fees incurred will be billed on your individual mobile provider’s bill.
