We are seeking certified residential appraisers with recent proposed and under-construction experience, strong cost approach and site value support, and a proven track record analyzing builder concessions, options, upgrades, and lot premiums. Performance on turnaround time, communication, and quality is critical and is the key driver of assignment volume with this lender.
