It’s designed to reward the best performing appraisers in these markets, who will be paid in 10 days—compared with the industry average of 28-30 days. Over the next several months, NAN plans to introduce the Program in Philadelphia and Columbus, Ohio.

To be selected for the Program, appraisers are required to have an 85 or higher AQPM Score, accept an assignment as quickly as possible, schedule appraisals with borrowers within 24 hours, and deliver their reports on-time without exception. The AQPM Score is a composite score that reflects milestones such as Turn Times, Quality, Reliability, Performance Cost, and CU Scores for each appraiser.
