Oldsmar, Fla., June 26, 2018– Nationwide Appraisal Network (NAN), an innovative, women-owned, industry-leading appraisal management company with true national coverage, unveiled its Diamond Status Appraisal Program in Florida and Atlanta, Ga. It’s designed to reward the best performing appraisers in these markets, who will be paid in 10 days—compared with the industry average of 28-30 days. Over the next several months, NAN plans to introduce the Program in Philadelphia and Columbus, Ohio.

“We have invited high-performing, high-scoring appraisers to participate in the Program. In exchange for their outstanding performance, Diamond Status appraisers will be paid within 10 days through a direct deposit to their accounts once the appraisal report is completed,” said Joni Pilgrim, Chief Business Development Officer. “We understand the importance of timeliness in this purchase-driven market, and we wanted to incentivize our appraisers to prioritize NAN, which has really proven to give us a competitive advantage, especially in Florida and Atlanta, GA.”

To be selected for the Program, appraisers are required to have an 85 or higher AQPM Score, accept an assignment as quickly as possible, schedule appraisals with borrowers within 24 hours, and deliver their reports on-time without exception. The AQPM Score is a composite score that reflects milestones such as Turn Times, Quality, Reliability, Performance Cost, and CU Scores for each appraiser.
